Meet BC's Top Chefs After Hours in Granville Island Public Market and Enjoy a 5-course Meal with Wine Pairings and More!

 

Have you every wanted to learn how to cook locally? How to use many of the products available in Edible B.C.? Are you looking for inspiration? Do you like to meet top chefs and have an opportunity to ask them questions and watch them at work?

Join Edible B.C. for our after-hours market inspired cooking class dinners where BC's top chefs will show you not only how to use the many products available in the market, but also let you eat an amazing meal. Of course, food is even better with wine, so we will also be cracking open some bottles of B.C.’s best to further enhance this fun-filled evening.

What can you expect? How about tops chefs such as David Hawksworth, Thomas Haas, Vikram Vij and more spoiling you with their delecatble creations. Anyone can go and dine in thier restaurants, but how many people get to watch them at work and ask questions while they do it!

 

Each evening, the chef will prepare at least 5 different sumptuous dishes that you can watch, and of course, taste and enjoy. And since the goal of the evening is just to replax and enjoy the expeirence, we will email a copy of the recipes from the night along with and photos of the dishes!

 

This is a great opportunity to meet your favorite chefs, experience the market after hours, drink some fabulous wine as well as enjoy perks such as a private shopping experience after the class with 10% off everything in the store!
