Private Granville Island Market Dinners

Our after-hours dinners certainly make for a very memorable event. The five course, wine-paired, seasonally-based dinner takes place after the market closes to the public, making for an exceptional and unique venue. Our pricing is based on a minimum group size of 14 people and the maximum we can accommodate is 24 people.

The evenings are interactive, with guests able to ask our chef questions as dishes are being prepared in front of them.  The whole experience is comfortable and casual in atmosphere – combined with amazing BC food and sommelier-selected wine!

The five course menu with all beverages starts at $94.95 per person plus GST and 18% gratuity.  The evening also includes a 10% discount that night for all guests on any future EBC tours, plus purchases in our Edible BC Retail Store in the market, where the dinners take place.  We provide guests with copies of all the recipes prepared, as well a link to photographs from the dinner.
