Come and meet BC’s top chefs after hours in Granville Island’s Public Market.  Enjoy a multicourse dinner with wine pairings and so much more while getting to know your favorite chefs in an intimate setting that is unlike any other in the province.

Anyone can go to a restaurant, but how many people get to watch a chef work right in front of them?

Each evening, the chef will prepare at least 5 different seasonally inspired sumptuous dishes while you watch, taste and enjoy. And since the goal of the evening is just to relax and enjoy the experience (no need to take notes), we will email a copy of the recipes from the night along with a photo gallery of the night.
