Edible British Columbia is located in the heart of Vancouver’s foodie mecca – Granville Island where both locals and visitors like congregate to experience the best in BC cuisine. With more than 12 million visitors a year, Granville Island is truely one of the best public markets anywhere in the world, and Edible BC is proud to be a part of its vibrant, dynamic setting.

Edible B.C. is the largest store of its kind in Western Canada, dedicated to showcasing the very best of what is being produced in our beautiful province by our many artisan producers. While you can find many of the products at your local farmer's market, or even some items in major grocery chains, Edible BC prides itself on being a one-stop-shop for the best of BC, with staff who are incredibly knowledgable in both the stories behind each of the products, but also how to use them. Edible BC partner, Cecilia Leong, who runs the retail division is a trained chef and can guide you on how to best use many of the products. All of Edible BC's staff also have a sincere passion for food, wine and BC food culture, and are more than happy to help you find that perfect ingredient or gift.

With more than 700 unqiue products, the store can be a little overwhelming on your first visit, but with Granville Island’s only tasting bar not to mention our incredible staff, patrons can try almost all of the products available in the store before they buy.  

On weekends (and special occasions), visiting chefs and artisans from around the province will also stop by and invite patrons of the market to learn what they do with all these amazing products produced right in our backyard.
