Note: Tickets for these tours must be purchased in advance. The cut off time for ticket purchases is 5pm the day prior to the tour. Tickets cannot be purchased the day of the tour. Ticket purchases are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another date. |

Tour Guides: Gurj Dhaliwal is a local red seal trained chef who owns his own catering and consulting company. Chef Dhaliwal's claim to fame lies in his winning the coveted Superstar Chef's Challenge on the Food Network in 2007! Rosanna Ascencio is a young woman from Mexico who trained at Northwest Culinary Academy and currently works at the Observatory Restaurant at Grouse Mountain. Rosanna used to own the authentic Mexican restaurant, the Mouse & Bean (which is sadly missed)! Eric Pateman is the president and founder of Edible BC, and is a locally trained chef. Eric's passion for food has taken him to all the corners of the earth, but BC is his home and he loves to share its secrets with locals and visitors alike.
