2008 Dates: Wednesday's at 11:00am Saturday's at 1:00pm Until the end of August Beginning in September it is only on Saturday's at 1pm The Optional Dim Sum lunch is done at the end of the 11am tours, and at the beginning of the 1pm tours (if you don't order the optional Dim Sum), 1pm tours will start at 2pm.

Tour Guides: Dora Ho is local chef and culinary arts instructor who also owns her own catering company. Dora speaks fluent Cantonese and offers great insight into what Chinatown is today and what it was many years ago. Stephanie Yuen is local chef and food writer of Chinese descent who regularly appears on City Cooks and writes for a number of local publications including the Vancouver Sun.
