PRIVATE SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE: Single: $500 2 People: $ 250 pp 3 People: $200 pp 4 People: $175 pp 5/6 People: $140 pp This includes a private shopping trip, menu design, hands-on learning behind the line of a real kitchen, as well as a multi-course meal with wine pairings at the end of the class. (Arrangements can also be made where others can come and dine with you and enjoy the meal that you have prepared - this will incur an extra cost). Please Note - All bookings are final and are non-refundable, however your tickets are transferable to another person.

The emphasis of this day is on local, seasonal ingredients so be prepared to savour some of the best BC has to offer including seafood, meat, produce, fruit, artisan cheeses and more. Ask questions, work along side a professional chef and learn valuable tips and techniques. After the chef and you work your magic, you’ll dine in the kitchen while enjoying a flavorful, meal accompanied by wines, specially chosen to match each course. At the end of the day, you will have a better understanding of what it is like to be a "Chef for a Day"!
