Due to the size and scope of Edible BC’s new website and the fact that we seem to be getting bigger and bigger (and hopefully better) every year, we want to make sure that things are as simple and straightforward as possible.

Therefore, we have created this page to allow you to find all of the information you require on one page about booking a tour or event with Edible BC!

Let’s Get Started…

Step 1: Choose A Tour or Event

Edible BC offers an ever increasing selection of tours and events all around BC.  To simplify things, here is a list of all of our tours and events with hyperlinks to the pages where you will find all the information you need.

To order gift certificates, redeem gift cards, book private dinners or learn more about any items you can’t find on the website, please email us or call us directly at 604.812.9660 and we would be happy to help you!

Step 2: Book Your Tickets Online

Now that you have found what you are looking for, you will need to have the following information.
  • The name of the tour or event you want to book
  • The date of the tour or event
One you have this, you can go to the white box at the top of the page that says, Book Your Tickets and has a drop down menu that says, “Select Tour”.
  1. Click on this bar and then choose the tour or event name that you want to book.  For example, if you want to book a space in the Jan. 21st Dinner with Chef Rafael Gonzalez of the Four Seasons, you will need to choose “‘09 Cooking with BC’s Best Market Dinners” from the drop down menu.
  2. Once you select this, it will then take you to a page where you can choose from a list of corresponding dates that relate to this event series.  Since you know that his dinner is on January 21st, you then choose January 21st from the date menu.
  3. Fill in the number of tickets you want, along with all the contact information (address, phone number, credit card information, etc.) that is required.
  4. All done!

Step 3: Confirmation of the Booking

Once you have selected your tour or event, filled in all the pertinent information and placed the order, you will see a screen that shows that your order has been processed.  You will also receive an email that shows that your order has been processed (make sure you enter your email address correctly!)
Once Edible BC has received and confirmed your order, someone will reply to your personally and send you an email with all the details on when and where to go for the event, how to handle special dietary requirements, and more.  It will also give you a point of contact should you need to contact us again prior to the event.
Other Details
Some other details you should be aware of regarding Edible BC’s tours & events, as well as our booking process:
  • Our online system does not accept gift cards, so if you would like to use an Edible BC gift card to book an event or tour, please email us or call us at 604.812.9660 to make the booking.
  • Special offers, 3-pack dinner and other special events from time to time cannot always be booked online, so please look at the offer and email us or call us at 604.812.9660 to book your tickets.
  • All tour and event tickets sales and deposits with Edible BC are final.  Tickets may be transferred to another person, but you cannot switch dates or receive a refund.  Should you not be able to make an event, you are responsible to try and find someone to use your tickets or purchase them from you.
