Okanagan Cooking School

Edible BC is proud to be partnering with Hester Creek Estate Winery as they open one of the most exciting expansions to hit the Southern Okanagan in many years.  With a new $10M winery, including a cooking studio for hands-on cooking classes and a private dining room, this will raise the culinary bar in the valley and offer guests an opportunity to explore the distinct cuisine of BC. 

With a projected opening date of July 2009 for the winery, Edible BC will start accepting group cooking class bookings beginning in the fall 2009 and will launch a full line up of hands-on classes in the spring of 2010.
