Edible British Columbia is Canada's largest culinary tourism operator which was launched in February 2005 and has grown every month since with now more than 15,000 subscribers and many more customers both locally and around the world! In June 2006, Edible B.C. opened a retail store in Granville Island’s famed Public Market which has enabled us grow even more quickly thanks to the more than 12 million people that visit the market each year.
