Edible BC is proud to once again take our famed “Whisky Dinners” on the road to Pearl on the Rock in White Rock next month. Come and join Caskstregth’s Andrew Starritt and Edible BC’s Eric Pateman along with the team at Pearl for what will prove to be one of the best meals of the year. As usual, we are not pouring your typically available Single Malt, but some special bottles from our collection. The cost is only $175 per person (all inclusive), which is a steal when you think of what it would cost to try each of these whiskies on their own. To book your tickets, go to the Edible BC website and order online, or give Eric a call at (604) 812-9660 and he will take your reservation over the phone. Here is a copy of the menu for the evening…
